Dear Edgemont Families,

Blizzard the Yeti has officially been introduced! While we are excited for all of our future Yetis, the Eagles are still going strong! We are seeing great gains from our students and we are very proud of the hard work they are doing in all areas of their day.

You’re Invited to our Edgemont Halloween Parade! We will hold the parade on Friday the 29th. Please see the attachment to see the parade route and information. If the weather is bad, we will not hold a parade and will share photos and/or video virtually. If this happens, I will send a Parent Square alert if this is the case. Halloween Parade Invite.pdf

On November 19th, we will hold our virtual Career Day! Please consider signing up to speak to students about your profession! Sign up information is attached. Edgemont Career Day Sign Up Flyer.pdf

Each month, Edgemont focuses on a value or trait that we value. Our first trait is Responsibility. Ms. Shaw, our school counselor will be teaching lessons to all classes over the next two weeks about what responsibility looks like at school and how to practice and build those skills.

As more and more families are getting familiar with Parent Square, I will be transitioning the weekly email to be a Parent Square post only. This will prevent families from getting this message twice. Beginning November 7th, please access the weekly family email through the Parent Square app, website, or nightly digest email. Please call the office if you have any questions or need support with Parent Square.
